We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive (AE) with a proven track record in SaaS sales—ideally within e-learning, education technology (Ed-Tech), or experience selling SaaS to Higher Education customers —to help grow our clients footprint across Higher Education. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with decision-makers at institutions and enterprises to understand their learning and development goals, demonstrate how our clients solutions can drive outcomes, and close strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, Deans, Learning & Development leaders, Procurement).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to tailor value-driven proposals.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and webinars to elevate our brand and generate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM (Salesforce) and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Stay up to date with trends in education technology and contribute feedback to product and marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sales; edtech or LMS experience highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle for B2B or B2Ed software solutions, especially with longer consultative sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to close mid to large six-figure deals with education or public sector clients.
- Higher Education network preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A passion for education, technology, and helping organizations unlock the power of learning.
