Before joining Zearch, Riannon held roles at American Express, Dexters, and even ran her own Muay Thai gym in Thailand. Her varied background gives her a unique edge in understanding both people and performance.

When not at work, Riannon enjoys competing in Muay Thai tournaments and grabbing a roast on Brighton seafront.
