As the Operations Manager at Zearch, I wear many different hats within the business, from acting as the PA to our founder, Tom Muston, and running behind-the-scenes functions in the office.
This includes project managing, organising diaries, taking meeting minutes, researching and compiling information on potential and current clients, maintaining client and candidate relationships, scheduling meetings and organising travel.
When I am not at work, you’ll find me walking my dog Sunny on the south downs, baking goodies for the team or cold water swimming in the English Channel.
